The Old Stable
Our lovingly restored 19th-Century hideaway, The Old Stable, is ideal for a couple. It is self contained and full of charm and the original oak A-frame beams date from around 200 years ago.
The sitting area is comfortably furnished with armchairs, side tables and lamps, TV with freeview, DVD and a cd/radio. It is centrally heated, but also has a cosy log-burning stove for those cooler evenings, or even just for the delight of lighting a real fire. The dining area has a table and chairs and there is a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with freezer box. We also supply all the necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for your convenience along with a kettle, toaster and cafetiere.
There is a double bed with a wardrobe and a downstairs shower room with a WC and wash hand basin.
A bistro table and chairs is provided for the private patio where you can sit and watch the stunning sunsets with a glass of wine maybe.
The cottage is suitable for a couple.
